The Autism Cookbook by Susan K. Delaine
Very Unique, clear, easy, with everyday ingredients. This book is so unique. I love the fact that many of the baked goods require minmal flour – combining.
The Autism Cookbook is very well explained and easy to follow directions. I am not a cook and am under doctor orders to eat GF. This book took away my fears of cooking. Highly recommended for anyone. Like the asian recipes especially.
What a fabulously informative book on the use of the gfcf diet. The sesame ginger chicken recipe is our favorite already!
It’s is a really good book. I am considering starting my kids on the GFCF diet and this is very detailed on all ingredients, and food indexes, etc.
