We live in a fast-paced world that pressures children to conform to rigid expectations. As a result, children may begin to question their worth, especially if the demands are prohibitive of their character. Let’s provide our children with tools that make them feel loved, free from conditions. Let us begin right where they are.

The four-hour N.A.H.M. Workshop aims to help autistic children awaken to, and embrace their authentic selves in a free-flowing, non-judgmental environment. Our hope is for students to feel centered, calm and blissful, empowering them to navigate the sights, sounds and sensations around them with greater ease. We want our students to feel self-confident, enhancing the quality of their experiences at home, school, and in relationships.

This workshop utilizes the A.R.T. protocol (Awakening and Realization Treatment), developed by Author and mom, Susan Delaine, and Atlanta-based Special Education teacher, healer and artist, TJ Nicole.

  • Yoga, breathwork, and guided mindfulness meditation
  • Clearing through vocalization, music, and therapeutic movement
  • Energizing through visual art activity
  • Singing bowl therapy
  • Aromatherapy
  • Guided visioning and channeling through drama/role play
  • Group energy treatment throughout each workshop (via certified energy practitioner)
  • Gluten-Free, Casein-Free refreshments, fresh fruit and vegetables, and purified, alkaline water provided

This workshop is fully supported through the generosity of donors and highly-qualified, loving volunteers. Therefore, it is free of charge to students.  If you would like to make a donation, please click the Donate button below.  If you would like to offer supplies or volunteer your practitioner services, please contact us at

Workshops are offered one Saturday per month.  In order to ensure a teacher-student ratio of 2:3, maximum class size is six.

We also offer parent/caregiver open houses and tours of the workshop space. Parents and caregivers are also welcome to participate in an educational class during the children’s workshop.
